After moving to Tennessee in 1987, I attended College at MTSU where I earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Office Management. I went into the Customer Service and Management industry until I was asked to come and work for a Property Management Company in 1997. From there I began as a Leasing Agent and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager then a Property Manager in less than 3 years of employment. In 2000 I married Jon Mills and started a family shortly after. After being a stay at home mom for almost 12 years, I felt like it was the perfect time to pursue my passion in Real Estate. I received my Real Estate license in 2014 and earned my Ninja Designation that same year. I felt a calling to the Real Estate industry due to my love of homes and love of helping people. Customer Service is my strong suit and being able to help people with one of the most exciting times in their life is a blessing to me. I believe that each client is a relationship and not a transaction. I strongly believe in supporting my clients from contract to close and am always available when they need me. I am very knowledgeable in the Middle TN area of Murfreesboro, Franklin and Brentwood after living in each of these areas since 1987. I am innovative in my marketing and searching for homes and am competitive enough to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I work hard for each of my clients with strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service and a strong sense of completion when I have helped them find their forever home. I believe in keeping a relationship with the client long after the deal is closed. I enjoy getting to know my clients while earning their trust and confidence. I live in Murfreesboro with my husband Jon, son Parker, and daughter Ashlyn. We enjoy camping, traveling, entertaining, and going to the Titan's games. We spend a lot of quality time together and enjoy every minute that we have as a family.
